Athletic Highlights

I’m a two-year varsity letterman from Freeport High School in New York, where I embraced the roles of both quarterback and free safety. During this journey, I proudly earned the Iron Man Award twice for my toughness and versatility, helping lead my team to back-to-back Long Island Championships in 2010 and 2011. I continued to pursue my passion for the game by walking on as a quarterback at Virginia Union University, showcasing my dedication and work ethic at the collegiate level. In addition to football, I competed in multiple sports including basketball, lacrosse, and track & field, cultivating a broad athletic foundation that fuels my passion for coaching and inspires every player I mentor.

Session Plan

Every athlete walks onto the field with one goal — to get better. In just 60 minutes, we focus on doing exactly that. My session is built for players of all positions and skill levels who want to sharpen their fundamentals, elevate their football IQ, and grow their confidence.

We begin with a high-energy warm-up designed to wake up the body and the brain. Dynamic stretching, footwork ladders, and quick plyometric bursts get athletes loose and explosive — setting the tone for a productive session.

Once we’re warm, we dive into core skill development. Whether you’re a quarterback working on timing and accuracy, a receiver running crisp routes, or a defender learning proper angles and tackling technique — this portion is all about mastering the basics that win games. Ball security, catching under pressure, and decision-making are emphasized throughout.

Then we break into position-specific work. Quarterbacks fine-tune their dropbacks, pocket movement, and progressions. Receivers and tight ends work on releases, catching in traffic, and creating separation. Running backs improve vision and agility, while defenders and linemen focus on shedding blocks, pursuit, and coverage. Every athlete is coached in the details that matter for their role.

As we approach the final stretch, we simulate game situations — scripted plays, quick decision-making, and live scenarios that teach athletes how to respond under pressure. This is where the hard work starts to come together.

Finally, we close with a cool-down and recap. Athletes stretch to aid recovery, hydrate, and receive personalized coaching points to take with them. I always end with encouragement — because improvement doesn’t stop when the session ends.

Parents, here’s what this session delivers:
• A stronger, smarter, more confident athlete
• Position-specific development tailored to your child
• A structured environment that emphasizes discipline, leadership, and growth
• A coach who leads with purpose, passion, and a player-first mentality

If you’re ready to help your athlete level up — I’m ready to lead the way.
